Kinda hard when you’re always out of breath and the sprinters fall behind, but that’s Thorpe rationale at its finest. 10 minute cooldown for mileage, some core, and called it a day. I’m starting to feel a little better, I’m coughing a bit less. Hopefully it keeps getting better.
