Daily Note

It’s 7:00 here and I haven’t ran yet today. My legs are really sore and my knee kills from a nasty tumble today from skiing. I am going to try and run on a the treadmill at my hotel and we will see how that goes. It kind of sucks that it is really icy out here today, because I think I think could have gotten a good workout in. I’ll try to do hills tomorrow and ct today.
