Last run in Dillsburg while I was home. Drove over to Messiah. Slopped through the muddy trail, ran on the field hockey field for 17 min, hit the roads and went up Gilbert, came back down to the metal bridge on Bishop, back to Messiah for some more field action, and then back on the trail. Hamstring felt totally fine so that was nice. Right calf felt really tight midway through but I did a lot of rolling and stretching after the run. This was the best stretch of running I've ever had in Dillsburg and I'm really sad that time is over. Going to be headed back to the hills of McKean and the flatlands of Erie. Might take a bit of adjusting to the slightly colder weather and the precipitation, but I'm not worried.
