AM: On the UNF track, super super windy. 3x(800, 1600) with 2:00 and 3:30 rest.

happy to get it over with. this is a workout I always feel like I won't be able to finish after the first set but got along just fine. last 800 was hard, last 1600 wasn't that bad.

PM: 4.5 on the treadmill pretty late at night after bowling, dinner and Krispy Kreme
