3 miles up, then strides and 4xWV fartlek. raining and super muddy/slippery. averaged 5:11 pace for 26 minutes which is smokin especially since the conditions were so bad. I and others got slightly dropped on the 15 second surges but for the most part we had 8 guys completely together. 3 mile cool down. Need to clear out this damn sickness.
