Pre race workout today. Pretty standard 3xk @ CV, 4x400. Splits 3:07, 3:06, 3:06/70, 68, 69, 62. Felt decent on the Ks which was nice since usually I don't on this workout, and the 400s felt really smooth which was also nice. Asked Stiles to run a little harder on the last 400, just to get a rep at a sustained faster pace and open up a bit more. PM: double, felt okay
