Daily Note

Okay workout this morning, did 4x Art Hill, 4 lap tempo on 1880, then 4x200 on the track. Felt pretty tired this morning, thought I felt better once warming up but the workout was pretty tough for me, seemed like upper legs and hips were really sore and tight. Tempo splits were 5:21, 5:17, 5:11, 5:11, was around 24 minutes for a bit over 4.5 miles. 200s all around 32. Definitely a hard effort on the tempo, but haven't done one in a while so that was good. Kinda frustrating that I feel so bad after only a secondary workout last week, but hopefully I can recover in the next couple days.
