Good workout this morning with David and Kirby. 20 up, 20 down, workout was 6xK, 2 @ CV and 4 @ AP, all with 90s jog rest. Splits 3:06, 3:06, 2:57, 2:55, 2:55, 2:53. Effort seemed to be right on, ~15mph wind and a bit chilly (35), so times probably a little slower than the effort put out, but managed to be pretty close to the assigned times. Felt like I could have done a few shorter reps after. Split everything pretty even. Nothing crazy today but got better. PM: Double ended up being pretty quick but felt surprisingly good.
