AM - 3 mile warmup. 4 mile threshold. 2 mile cool down. Splits: 5:52, 5:51, 5:53, 5:47. Total: 23:24. Legs were very tired from yesterday's workout. I could tell during the warmup and striders that this was just going to be a check the box day and it was. I'm sure it will take a few weeks of adaptation for my body to get used to stacking weeks of workouts immediately followed by thresholds while also doing high mileage. I am not overly concerned because there is a long time until May and these winter months will be good opportunities to build strength. PM - 3 miles. Core before.
