AM - 3 miles. Felt pretty tired and the freezing cold weather didn't really help. PM - 9 miles. Ran on Leiper and added on campus. Felt better as the run progressed. Glad to have a few easy days in a row to recover before getting back after it again next week. Did core before practice.
