The plan was do do 5x1k with a 3 minute rest on Lehigh's track but after 3 I was struggling so the last two intervals I only did 600m. My splits were: 1k's - 3:08, 3:07, 3:19 600's - 1:51, 1:50 Tough workout but with the wind and cold I was glad I was able to get a good effort in.
