Did 5x1000m on the outdoor track with a 600m jog recovery. Splits were: 3:15, 3:12, 3:11, 3:08, 3:03. Felt great during the first few intervals and then it got tough but I still felt good grinding out the last couple. Glad I was able to progress down in time throughout the workout. 3 mile warmup. 5 mile workout. 2 mile cool down. Stretched after. Did core before and after practice.
