good ol time with much of crew before they turned off and then continued on with group c gang which is always nice just poppin along, legs felt tired in the beginning but by the time we did barefott felt pretty good, been sneezy, the temp was a little cooler toya but made for very nice running, I saw lots of edibles on quarry tomorrow might go gatherin. did pillar before this workin on that beach bod you know - gonna be hittin up the shore man all summer long man.
