Run was good solo in the mornin, 2.5 miles then boom bd t storm tons of lightning so turned back ran on treadmill for 6.3ish and then went out in the rain but lightning had passed and finished things up outside. its amazing how fresh i feelafter a cool longrun compared to a hot one felt like i barely did anything.
