Good drive all in all set new pr of 8:14 for trip. That being the case i saw an old man’s ass and got made fun of for getting the impossible whopper. So it goes anyways got have the apple of a lifetime, my forst cosmic crisp by golly.was gonna run but honestly dinner was done when i got home so... did core as well. look for 40-45 this week and 50-60 next week probably creep to 70 by end of winter, nothing crazy, still being fairly cobservative.
