For my race, I'm sorry if I seemed a bit negative right afterwards, I try my very best to stay as positive as possible. The ol achilles is rearing it's head since yesterday, but I chose to ignore and go into the race with as much positive energy as possible. I feel it in me, i'm capable of a good race in these legs but today weren't that. From the very first step to the last, I felt pain from calf to heel. Sometimes sharp sometimes just a tight dull pain. Tried to fit with the guys as best i could, dissapointed in myself need to be better. Was hobbling afterwards, managed about 3/4 of mile for my cool down. not gonna run tomorrow and do everything in my power to be healthy. a little core and pushups in my room.
