Ran workout with Matt and Jake I went over one hurdle each lap, 3x(600,600,400,400) honest roll ons. Was a bit smoother than late when approaching barriers but still bad, lost many meters every lap and worked hard to catch up to the group. This from a guy who loves rhythm based work where you just get in a groove and sit, I found a little annoying. This steeple work is making me work on my weaknesses, surging, uneven pacing, flexibility, mobility, hip strength. Very grateful for that, just need more confidence going into those suckers. Jake and Matt both looked real good today and it was a pleasure working with them. My Heel was hurting on the last set and still does as I sit here, I think it was from wearing my flats, could feel my right foot turning in and landing on the outside of my foot a lot more than it normally does. Well not wearing flats again. Good lift got some work in and felt strong.
