Assigned 6x6 minutes this morning. But could tell my legs were trashed. Felt like I’d benefit more from shorter reps in between big workouts. Good oportunity for 1/1s or 2/2s. Dropped in with the other workout group. 1-3-5-3-1 x 2 w 2 min float Didn’t run very well, but fine enough I think. Was trying to turn the legs over. Felt controlled aerobically. Ran with Willie. Neither one of us was particularly into the workout, but we also recognized we may have a finite number of opportunities left like this to workout with each other. 8 miles 527 avg.
