Decided not to run to rest the lower leg thing. I can walk normally, but it’s definitely sore, and feels swollen. Something I may have tried running on in the past, but it felt bad enough yesterday to scare me. Either way, my last day off running was Sept 18th, so overdue for a rest day. Hoping it continues to improve into tomorrow. Took the bike out, hadn’t done that in awhile, felt nice to ride. No pain pushing the pedals.
