Ran in the evening. Lap around coot lake, and out and back on lobo. Beautiful out. Lots of bugs, one benefit of the mask I suppose. Felt Ok, kind of rhythmic, was tired and glad I wasn’t going any further. 630avg, in the 620s most of the time.
