From lefthand, Eagle loop with Trevor and Willie, then 10 mile loop after dropping them back at the start. Felt pretty bad in the first half, Rolled out my quad and IT band when we got back to the car, and felt better after. Nice to have company but we were running pretty slow. Picked it up to 630s or so on my own. Was getting really dehydrated or I probably would have gone to 20. Good enough TOL.
