Daily Note

From Tom Watson, good conditions. First 12 ez, then 8 with 1 min on 2 min off fartlek. 630 or so average. Felt meh, hamstrings were tight, L arch was sore, but better when we got off the rutted roads. The minute pickups weren't anything special but changed a gear. Andy for 13, Willie for 18. Just a long time to run, was glad to finish. 30 minute sauna sesh.
