5 n strides in downtown Spokane with team roots. Smooth travel day. Deep cold here. Felt good enough running. Want to get out hard with the leaders tomorrow and see what the day gives me. I think I have reason to be optimistic about my fitness. This race never makes or breaks a year, but it would be fun to run well.
