Paper was 3 sets of k repeats at 250 250 245. Legs totally fatigued today, didn't have a chance. Bailed after two slow Ks and ran a 30,90,3min fartlek with Willie. No idea on pacing for that, but probably wasn't particularly impressive either. Just wasn't recovered enough from the weekend to run fast today.
