Had a long run today. I was thinking of run all my miles on the cross country course. But then Ryan brought up the idea of doing the ladder sand I decided to do that. Ran it with Ryan, Cole, and Alex but Alex only did 9 miles. We tried to pass time by talking, playing the name game, and talking about fun facts. With 2 miles to go we started pace pickups. With 2 or so miles to go I got a really bad cramp in my bottom right ab. It hurt really badly to the point where I had to slow down.
