Daily Note

When we got to HP we ran our warmup then did some continuous. Then spiked up for the time trial. For the time trial I knew I had to get out hard. When the race started I got out hard but not hard enough. After the first turn I was in about 5th place. I knew I needed to move up so I started to make my way up. Then Alex passed me on the inside and Ryan came up to my side. So I made a move to pass them. Then a little later Alex moved up to the front and was in the lead for a lap or so. He started to gain some space.i was slowly making up room on him. Then with a lap to go Alex stopped.
I was so confused because I thought we had one more lap to go so I made a little stutter step and kept going. I ended up winning with a 2:16 but I don’t want to win like that. I then watch the rest of the heats and ran my cooldown with Ryan and Jonah. We ran for 22:30 for about 3 miles. Then stretched.
