Daily Note

Ran 3 mile warmup, 5 mile workout, 4 mile cooldown. Ran 2x(2x400,1x800) then 4x200,2x200... I wanted to get two more 2's but wasn't getting the quality I wanted so just cut it. Went[(66.5),(67.8),(2:12.7),(67.4),(66.0),(2:12.8),(66.6),(64.7),(31.6),(29.6)].... Decent workout. A little frustrated with the speed but that'll come. Good effort that I will be better for. Rolled and stretched out when I got done.
