2:47/2:44/2:44/2:41/2:41/2:36/2:32 with 2 minutes rest (40 second jog, 800m total). Was nervous going into the workout and I really shouldn't have been. It was a shorter workout with a lot of rest, I think just the 7 reps made it look worse on paper. I felt like I was jogging the first 3, the next were easy but I still felt like I was sitting on people's heels. The last one felt good, but I think I had a lot left in the tank. I should have run the first 3 in 2:40 and then cut down from there with the group ahead but I sat back for a little. Not a bad day to feel good and not overdo things, but also a lesson for myself that I'm more fit than I think and can take a risk every once in a while.
