8:00am Practice 2.5 mile warm up, 5 mile tempo @ 25:22, 2.5 mile cool down It was raining out all morning so I had to head over to the ARC and use a treadmill. Legs were feeling okay prior to the workout. I started off at 5:07 pace and got down to 5:00 pace. It was very hot in the building with poor airflow which made the workout a little tougher then it needed to be. I also probably could have hydrated a little better. It felt like I was going faster then what the treadmill said, but then again it could be because my legs are a little tired and it wasn't in great conditions. Nonetheless a good effort. 2:30pm Double Easy 4 miles on my own
