Did a 20 minute thresh, felt super easy and breezy, was coughing at the end because i think im congested from running the in the torrential downpour but everything else felt super easy and didnt feel like i was going that fast. made it 3 miles in 20 minutes, so halfway up the hill. unsure of the actual splits but i know i started out relatively slow and really kicked it at the end because i felt good.
