Felt pretty shifty, so I only went 3 miles, but almost for sure I will compensate by running longer tomorrow, wind and rain absolutely sucked. Low mileage lately but I’m not going to get too worried about it considering I’ve been running the 1000m and mile latel. Also idk wtf my leg is hurting but it feels like a tendon, so ig the lower mileage might be better. Idk. Def going to run a lot once track is over
