Daily Note

AM: Workout with Megan. Was supposed to be 3xk @ 3:40-45 w/ 60 jog, then 3xk @ 3:30-35 w/ 2:00 jog. Felt sore from the get-go. Hard lift w/ added weights the day before working out wasn't the move. First 3ks (3:43, :44,:43) felt much harder than CV. Legs just felt like lead. Next 2 (3:32 and 3:33) were a struggle so we made the executive decision to make the last one an 800 (2:49). Bummed to feel so bad, but so it goes. Track was littered with beer cans #noStilesnoRules. At first we only saw 4 and decided someone was at a really low point in life doing a beer mile solo. Thankfully counted at least 8
PM: Solo double. Made up a new route that included the Loop, where I got hit in the cross-fire of a cigarette flick. Legs felt significantly better than this morning. Route was too long.

    Yes, that is what I have been doing, I just ran out of time this Wednesday

    I you're on a Friday schedule until the invite, then you should lifting on Monday/Wednesday until then. If for some reason this doesn't work, then push the Thursday lift to Saturday, after the workout.
