Daily Note

AM: Double from the dorm. Ran in the HOKAs and they felt really nice! No tight arches. Mostly just stayed on the bike bath on Wydown and enjoyed the nice temperature.
PM: 20 min wu w/ 90 sec extendo. Workout with Megan, Molly, and Sophie: 6x200 hills, which did not feel great- hamstring twinging, then 4 mile tempo (6:32, :32, :24, :22). Stomach was quite unhappy, but legs felt good and the tempo felt easier as time progressed somehow. Don't think I hit a 8.5 during the tempo, but overall it felt appropriate and the intimate group was nice. C/d back to campus and yoga by Sophie after :)
