Misty morning, but mid-40s so nice for running. Did a long wu, 90 sec extendo, then 30 minute tempo on the greenway (6:23, 6:22, 6:15, 6:16, and 4:42 for the last .8). Jogged back to home and did 2x200 hill strides on three different hills. Called it at 6.5 hills rather than 8 because I was tired. Overall, felt good and strong.
