Late night -> no morning run. Spent the vast majority of the day at the same table in Whispers. Was going to treadmill it again after my 4:00 class for darkness/coldness/knee reasons, but they were all full and I ran into Brad, so did a random park loop instead. Felt good most of the run, but last 10 knee was bothersome. Still moving in the right direction though. PT and rolling
