Daily Note

First workout of the season. 15 min WU, with a 90 sec extendo that took a lot of mental fortitude to accomplish. Drills. Wasn’t sure if I was going to do 25 min continuous or split it, but when I came to the big intersection I decided to let the lights decide if I wouldd cross, where I would hit a few more hills, and jog for a minute or turnn and go continuously. Light was red, I turned. First two miles felt really good and strong, second two were tougher, but legs felt strong. Kinda nauseous the last mile, possibly because of the (again) 100% humidity, but stomach has been a wreck the rest of the day so maybe it was something else. Splits were 6:30, 6:22, 6:18, 6:17. Overall, good stuff and hamstring felt fine. Anxiously awaiting the opportunity to sleep more
