Humidity was 100% and I felt it. Slightly suffocating. Water fountain that I was going to stop at was out of commission so I nearly died, but thankfully Fleet Feet was having some sort of running event and set out a cooler on the greenway which I hit at mile 10. I stole some and water has never tasted so good. Maybe just because it was stolen. Felt tired, but hamstring didn't bother me much at all and got better as the run progressed. Ran sub-7 for the second half and worked down to high 6:30s for the last two miles. Tired, but good stuff. _________________ Walked to the farmer's market with my mom. HOT, but lovely time. Slightly wary on the greenway because apparently there was a black bear sighting two days ago?!
