2 mi WU - still pretty sore from the lifting I did so it took a while to loosen up 20 min unstructured fartlek - went on feel for this fartlek - looking at the paces from the GPS it looks like they were fairly even with the ons and offs and I was usually 7:30-7:40 pace for the on and around 10:00 pace for the off -- felt pretty good and the weather def helped - last workout before I race next Saturday at a race my highschool team used to do every year - running with 2 of my friends (from highschool) and hoping the course won't kill me - it's Holmdel Park and it's super hilly but excited since I think I'm in better shape than I thought I was this summer ~15 min CD to finish for 6 for the day
