Daily Note

2 miles before practice with Em and 5 at practice with most of the team and Em and Jess on the way back -- nice weather and legs felt pretty good today -- 3x150 strides on the track and my hip felt tight after doing those but I was able to stretch/roll it and it feels fine now so we're good to go for tomorrow -- feeling confident in the race strategy and ready to start 10K season
