Daily Note

2 mi WU - groin area was tight at the beginning again but went away and still had a little bit of that cramp left

20 min thresh - first mile was 7:36 so it started out like the last thresh I did and I was just hoping to be consistent but the second mile was 7:58 and it seems like I just held that pace the rest of the thresh -- the trail was pretty muddy and I didn't think it was slowing me down but it was pretty bad the second mile so I'm hoping that was it bc on the not muddy part of the second mile I looked down at my watch and I was going between 7:45 and 7:35 pace and felt pretty good nice and relaxed but still moving -- after I hit 2 miles and ran through more mud my right leg started to get pretty tight again so I decided to only do 20 mins just to be safe

2ish mi CD - finished up the rest of the 5 mile loop to get to 7 today -- both legs were tight but I felt pretty recovered pretty quickly so even tho this thresh wasn't as fast as I would have liked I recovered quickly so the fitness still seems to be there -- also why I'm hoping it was just the slippery mud that slowed me down

-- both hammies feeling a little sore post thresh already
