Daily Note

wanted to push my thresh back until tomorrow since my stomach was still sore today and I had a little tightness in my groin again at the start (tbh wouldn't have logged about it if it didn't hurt on Tuesday bc it really wasn't bad) plus it's generally supposed to be nicer tomorrow -- other than the stomach soreness and little groin tightness at the start my hamstring and then kinda my whole right thigh (like quads and hamstring and hips and all) felt pretty tight the last mile or so but generally felt a lot better than the past few runs I've had
