decided to push back my thresh no matter what today just to make sure I didn't have any pain whatsoever and I had no groin pain today but had a cramp across my whole stomach from the very start of the run which got better throughout but made my stomach and back sore the rest of the day -- did 3x150ish strides at the end of the run
