Daily Note

ended up being a little over 10 bc I ran to where the bathrooms are during the run and they're slightly off the trail -- pretty good other than random groin(ish) pain at the start and at like 2.25 I had to stop bc it was like stabbing pain and I couldn't step but I was already halfway around the trail at that point so I had to make it back so I just started really slow to try running again and it ended up being fine after that and then only hurt again a little with like 1.5 to go --- *also it's not exactly my groin its lower on the inside of my thigh (like almost halfway down) but idk what else to call it* -- other than that generally felt tired running but legs felt good

    If you didnt already thresh on Wednesday I would push it off as long as you are still having pain
