12x400 w 200 jog -- 93, 92, 93, 94, 94, 95, 95, 96, 97, 95, 97, 96 overall more consistent than last week and possibly slightly faster but not by too much -- I don't think my legs were recovered from the 5K Saturday bc my legs were burning after the first rep -- that being said I feel a lot better about this workout bc it overall felt better than last week - I was only really hurting the last 4 of them and feel like I was able to stop myself from completely falling off of a decent pace --- hoping to keep improving and trying to still stay positive about what seems like very small steps forward when I put in work to get bigger steps

1.5 mi CD to get to 8 for the day


* also got new shoes today and I didn't realize that's what was making my hip tight last week until I started the warm up and felt like I had new legs (that feeling faded after I started the workout tho) *
