2 mi WU (with strides)

5K - 22:23 -- technically an 11 second PR for indoor but 30 seconds from my overall 5K PR - frustrated again with this race bc I always seem to hold on for at least half of the race but my legs always just burn so bad once I get tired - I felt like I was able to work a little better this race and hold out on dying hard until the last mile -- wish I could just see the improvement that I know I am capable of with the work that I've put in the past year but I'm going to continue to be patient since this is at least better than cross where I was 2 minutes from my times from the year before - I'm at least hitting the same times and slightly faster than where I was at last year now

3 mi CD - the greatest cool down ever where we stopped to get Em coffee at McDonald's and she carried it back 1.5 miles of running and barely spilled any ---- definition of a coffee run
