ran 2 miles at 3 and then went to lift since I didn't wanna do it yesterday after the workout and didn't know if I'd have time to do it before class (plus I had to make up the mile from yesterday and run a mile more than what everyone else was doing) -- then ran 5 with the team and did 3 strides on the track when we got back -- I was actually able to shower before class too so pretty good/productive day
