2 mi WU PreXC workout - 1.5miles of 400 on 400 off goal pace (1:30/1:45) ended up running 91/1:48, 91/1:4798/1:53 then mile rest (10:41) then 4x400 w 200 rest trying to get faster each rep ended up being 95, 95, 94, 93 --- felt really good the first 400 and then legs started to feel tired but I think having to take benadryl last night for my allergies really made my legs tired but I really needed to take it so oh well -- workout was significantly faster than last time we did a pre workout so that's a plus 2mi CD --- getting excited and feeling more confident about how well MACs is going to go - hoping to finally get a PR this season :)
