feels weird doing less than 6 miles - ankles were pretty tight all day today again but didn't bother me at all on the run -- legs felt a little tired when we started but warmed up and it felt nice to not be dripping sweat during practice like earlier in the season - rolled out my ankles with the roller things and that helped a little but it's really just when I don't walk around for a while that I feel sore - hammies are a little sore now too
