-woke up all mucusy again today and I really think I'm getting sick bc yesterday I did nothing and had to take a nap and today I slept for an hour and a half when I got home from basically doing nothing all day and still felt like a truck hit me so hopefully this passes soon -decided it would be ok to take it easy today and run less bc of the insane wind and bc I feel so exhausted for whatever reason -never really warmed up but glad to get one last run in w Jess and Kimmy before I went home for break -no complaints except a little tightness in my foot still but I scraped yesterday and rolled a lot so maybe I just got stuff moving
