Ran at a weird time of day bc baltimore city gummit wasted my entire morning. Kinda warm at 3pm but not terrible. thought I was only going 6 but I don't like runs that are less that 7 so I did 7.5. Allison ran with me for the first 3/4 mile. When I got back she found an inch worm on me so I wonder how long it managed to ride along. Also wonder if an inch worm riding along at 7 min mile pace feel like the equivalent of a person riding in a car going like 170.
